So I'm back with some fat burning tips, are y'all ready for this! I been silent because I have been trying out a few new things which can burn belly fat faster. First things first you cannot eat junk and expect to have a flat tummy just like that! no it doesn't work that way. If you want that slim tummy know what to eat and when to eat it, yes you can treat yourself to some junk food once in awhile but not all the time. Vegetables are amazing I used to hate veggies now I love them with all my heart because they keep my tummy nice. Well now let me get to the point lol.

Here are some tips which could help you lose that extra belly fat you don't need.

1. Four cups of warm water every morning on a empty stomach, then eat 45mins later. If you can't do 4 cups start with 2 and add more as you go.
2. Apple cider vinegar, fresh lemon juice & cucumber this one burns fat over night but u can have it during the day through the day.
3. Don't eat after 7pm if you get hungry eat frozen grapes. Yes frozen grapes are tasty. Put some grapes in a container then place it in the freezer once frozen start snacking 
4. With every meal eat veg balanced meals are great trust me. 

Oats for breakfast with peanut butter & honey delicious no sugar honey is ok. 

Boiled apple cider vinegar two tablespoons of it plus water, one fresh lemon juice & cinnamon I added sliced cucumber while it was till hot then removed the cucumber when it cooled down 

After it has cooled down place it in a cup, jar or bottle 

Then place it in the fridge until after dinner or drink it before you sleep. It has worked for me

My girl told me about this apple cider & she said she adds 5 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar into a 2 liter bottle and drinks it all day, you can add sweetener if you don't like the taste I add honey :)
